FA Charter Standard Club
CHARTER STANDARD CLUB STATUS
The FA Charter Standard Programme provides recognition that clubs are well run and sustainable, with child protection and safety paramount. It also recognises a club's commitment to coaching, player and coach development, and the raising of standards of behaviour in the game - all of which are big priorities for both me and The FA.
The Charter Standard Scheme is best practice guide that sets standards of coaching, administration and child protection for all clubs outside the Football League and Premier League. As a benchmark for quality, it will improve the playing experience for all.
Bracknell Town Ladies achieved Club Charter Standard level at the beginning of the 2007/08 season and have put in place safeguarding and equity procedures as well as raising standards amongt the coaching staff we currently have.
Copies of the Charter Standard portfolio can be accessed if players, parents and club personnel wish to view then, please contact the club chairman via the contacts page.
